📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and manage employee benefits.,Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.,Prepare and review budgets and forecasts.,Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow management.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.,Provide support to the finance team in various projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
