JUNCTION Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Deputy IT Support to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Provide level 1 technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and report any issues to the IT Manager.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
