📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive digital growth
• Optimize Paid Ads campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms to maximize ROI
• Conduct SEO audits and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement
• Create and analyze reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Provide regular updates to the management team on the performance of digital marketing initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Paid Ads, SEO, and website performance
• Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus
