IT / Network Support Engineer

You will work with a variety of tools and technologies, including Cisco networking equipment, Wireshark for network analysis, and various monitoring and management software. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure the security and performance of our network systems.
• Work with Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Use Wireshark for network analysis and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage various monitoring and management software.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and users.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and Network Support.
• Proven experience with Cisco networking equipment.
• Familiarity with Wireshark for network analysis.
• Knowledge of various monitoring and management software.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
