YIELD Ekspansindo is looking for a Lead Store Admin to join our team in Tenggarong. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store administration and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Train and develop store staff.,Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.,Oversee the financial operations of the stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in store administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
