As a Modern Trade Channel Inventory Optimization Officer, you will work closely with our sales teams to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and implement solutions that ensure optimal stock levels. By leveraging tools like SAP and Power BI, you will create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. Your mission is to ensure that our products are available when and where they are needed, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize inventory levels across our modern trade channels to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Utilize SAP and Power BI to create and maintain inventory reports and dashboards.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Work with suppliers and logistics teams to streamline the replenishment process.
• Provide training and support to sales teams on best practices for inventory management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory optimization techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in SAP and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus.
