You will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports to senior management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop key accounts in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, F&B, and cosmetics sectors in Sumatera Utara and Aceh.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to retail outlets and healthcare facilities.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop and implement sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, F&B, and cosmetics sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or distribution in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, F&B, or cosmetics sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical, FMCG, F&B, and cosmetics industries in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
