📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining office administrative systems and procedures,Handling office supplies, equipment, and inventory,Assisting with the preparation and distribution of company documents and reports,Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office needs,Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling and coordination,Assisting with event planning and coordination,Maintaining and updating company records and databases,Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local customs is a plus
