📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating effective job descriptions and postings.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
