As a Deputy HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of human resource management. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
  • Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Support the HR Manager in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs.
  • Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
