📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business objectives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Experience in a similar role in a multinational or international company is a plus.
