📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate technical drawings and plans for villa construction.,Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications.,Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met.,Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site surveys and prepare site plans and layouts.,Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.,Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting and site engineering.,Proficient in using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction materials and methods.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
