Glow Max Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. We are a rapidly growing company in the beauty industry, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about people and committed to our mission.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our HR processes and ensuring that our employees are happy and productive. You will also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Assist with training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
