The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and driving the overall success of our business in the region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of sales activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular visits to sales outlets to monitor performance and provide on-the-spot feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with the retail or FMCG industry is a plus.
