📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.,Document and report on IT issues and resolutions.,Work with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network technologies and protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
