As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with room assignments.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Assist with front desk operations, including cash handling and billing.,Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Assist with event and conference setup and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with hotel or receptionist software is a plus.
