📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish.,Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.,Mentor and train junior electricians to maintain high-quality work standards.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential electrical hazards.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Maintain and update technical documentation and records.,Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Certification as a licensed electrician (e.g., Master Electrician, NECA, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.,Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with electrical design software and tools is a plus.
