📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop learning solutions to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training and development.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
