As a National Collection Administration Staff at Maybank, you will handle various aspects of collections management, from initial contact with overdue account holders to escalation and recovery. You will use our in-house collection system, Maybank Collections Management System (MCMS), to track and manage all collection activities. This role is perfect for those who are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about helping clients resolve their financial obligations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and track overdue accounts using MCMS
- Conduct initial and follow-up calls to overdue account holders
- Escalate non-performing accounts to appropriate departments
- Prepare and submit collection reports to management
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve collection issues
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Up to 3 years of experience in collections management or related roles
- Familiarity with MCMS or similar collection management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to travel within Jakarta Raya for business purposes
