📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple branches in Bali.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive overall business growth and success.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of service.
• Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-branch or retail environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of operational software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
