📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement advanced automation systems for manufacturing processes.,Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment and machinery.,Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system functionality.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing manufacturing processes.,Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for equipment and systems.,Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in equipment engineering, with a focus on automation and advanced manufacturing.,Proven expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.,Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).,Experience with CAD/CAM software and 3D modeling tools.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.,Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
