📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service.,Attend trade shows, workshops, and networking events to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
