📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the design process for all product and graphic materials, ensuring they align with the brand's luxury aesthetic
  • Creating high-quality, visually appealing designs for products, packaging, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborating with the product development team to ensure design feasibility and functionality
  • Developing and implementing brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all design outputs
  • Staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our brand at the forefront
  • Mentoring and guiding junior designers to ensure the team's growth and success
  • Presenting design concepts to the management team and incorporating feedback
  • Ensuring all designs meet the brand's quality standards and deadlines

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury brand work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding and market trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
