📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks on the construction site.,Provide training and guidance to workers on safety protocols, equipment operation, and emergency procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports for regulatory compliance and internal review.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.,Promote a strong safety culture within the organization by encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site safety supervision, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent from a recognized institution (e.g., Indonesian Safety Association - IKA).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards, including Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Permentanakertrans) No. 10 of 2019.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with workers at all levels.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with construction safety equipment, tools, and techniques.
