📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency.,Oversee the kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Collaborate with the Head Chef and other culinary team members to develop and refine recipes and menus.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by implementing new culinary concepts and improving existing ones.,Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fine dining environment.,Proven track record of culinary excellence and innovation.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Knowledge of kitchen management, inventory control, and cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Valid food handler's license and relevant certifications.
