Achieve monthly sales targets through effective telesales techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.,Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and close sales.,Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales performance and achieve company goals.,Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.,Submit accurate and timely sales reports to management.,Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle objections.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
