🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community management or a similar role.
- Proven experience with community management platforms like Discord, Slack, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics or Tableau is a plus.
