📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Assisting with check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing receipts
• Providing information about local attractions, services, and facilities
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Promoting our brand and products to guests
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including decorating and serving food and beverages

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Valid ID card (KTP) and work permit (if applicable)
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Enthusiasm for travel and a genuine love for customer service
