PLC Programmer (Engineer)

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing, implementing, and maintaining PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs for various industrial applications. As a PLC Programmer at Sophic Automation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient and reliable PLC programs. You will use industry-standard tools such as Allen-Bradley RSLogix, Siemens TIA Portal, or Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 to develop, test, and debug PLC programs. Your daily tasks will include writing ladder logic, function block diagrams, and sequential function charts, as well as configuring and troubleshooting hardware components.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and maintain PLC programs for various industrial applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient and reliable PLC programs.
• Use industry-standard tools such as Allen-Bradley RSLogix, Siemens TIA Portal, or Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 to develop, test, and debug PLC programs.
• Write ladder logic, function block diagrams, and sequential function charts.
• Configure and troubleshoot hardware components, including sensors, actuators, and other field devices.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Document PLC programs, including configuration details, logic diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on PLC programming and automation concepts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard PLC programming software, such as Allen-Bradley RSLogix, Siemens TIA Portal, or Rockwell Automation Studio 5000.
• Familiarity with IEC 61131-3 programming languages, including Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, and Structured Text.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
• Experience with PLC hardware, including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Rockwell Automation controllers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
